PG Plaza Family Eye Care was first started as Tom Vaxmonsky, O.D. was the lead optometrist at the PG Plaza LensCrafters
1991
Dr. Vaxmonsky took over the optometry practice next to LensCrafters - you might remember LensCrafters when it was at the other end of the mall.
1995
Dr. Baloga joined the practice.
2011
LensCrafters with Dr. Vaxmonsky and Dr. Baloga moved the office to the other end of the mall near Target and next to Shoe City
